Реферат

В статье рассматривается организация деятельности сотрудников дежурных частей при получении сообщений (заявлений) о побоях с учетом изменений законодательства об ответственности за побои. В связи с тем, что побои влекут за собой как административную, так и уголовную ответственность, обращается внимание на важность правильной квалификации данного противоправного деяния. Анализируя правовое регулирование деятельности по приему, регистрации и разрешению сообщений о правонарушениях, автор определяет алгоритм действий сотрудников дежурных частей органов внутренних дел при получении сообщений о побоях. В результате проведенного исследования показана роль дежурных частей при получении таких сообщений, отмечена важность взаимодействия оперативных дежурных с различными службами и подразделениями органов внутренних дел.

Abstract

The organization of the activities of police dispatch centers’ officers when receiving reports on beating, taking into account the changes in the legislation concerning the liability for beating, is analyzed in the article. Due to the fact that battery involves both administrative and criminal liability, attention is drawn to the importance of the correct qualification of the illegal act. Having analyzed the legal regulation of the activities that concern receiving, registering and resolving crime reports, the algorithm of actions of the staff of police dispatch centers in case of reporting beating is determined. As the result of the conducted research, the role of police dispatch centers when receiving such reports is shown, the importance of interaction of duty officers with various services and divisions of the internal affairs bodies is noted.
