Реферат

В данной научной статье автором проведен анализ взаимодействия подразделений уголовного ро­зыска со следствием на первоначальном этапе раскрытия и расследования бандитизма. Наряду с этим рассмотрены тактические действия сотрудников оперативных подразделений органов внутренних дел при работе в составе следственно-оперативных групп, а также уделено внимание проблематике доказы­вания устойчивости выявляемых преступных групп.

Abstract

The present paper touches upon an issue of interaction between Criminal Search Depart­ment and investigation agencies at the preliminary stage of disclosure and investigation of banditry. Along with this, the paper touches upon operative activities of the operative units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia within investigation groups, while special attention is paid to an issue of proving stability of detection of criminal groups.
